Features of Unit in RO Water System
1. Multi media filter with flushing pump, for the pre-treatment of
feed water, to remove colloids and suspensions.
2. Precision Filter: stainless steel security filter to remove the
small particles such as small quartz sand, carbon particles, ensure
the outlet water precision and protect the following high pressure
pump and RO membrane.
3. UF system: Have a further reduction of large particles of
colloids, sand or other sediments.
4. Softener: Exchange the Ca and Mg ions in water with Na ions in
resin, to avoid scaling of RO membrane.
5. RO system: reverse osmosis achieve the solution separating with
high pressure press the concentration through RO membrane , to
dilute the solution . Salt rejection rate reaches 98%, to
effectively remove the harmful substance such as organism, silicone
gel, bacteria and virus. High pressure pump with Variable Frequency
Drive (VFD).
6. Dosing system: Refers to antiscalant, flocculant, bactericide
and reductant dosing.
7. Cleaning in place, to flush the RO membrane and pretreatment
system timely to prevent membrane fouling problem, and to secure
high efficiency water making.
8. Complete PLC control with touch screen interface, centralized
control the whole RO system running.
