Description:
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a modern process technology to purify water
for a wide range of applications, including semiconductors,
fisheries, food processing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, power
generation, seawater desalting, and municipal drinking water.
Reverse Osmosis is the cost effective water purification system it
is an immediate source of pure water. The process of reverse
osmosis (RO) represents the finest level of liquid filtration
available today.
Feature:
1.Water tank:storage of tap water, to solve the problem of
insufficient tap water pressure and the back booster pump due to
the impact of insufficient water, reduce the failure rate
2. Multi media filter with flushing pump, for the pre-treatment of
raw water, removal of the colloids, suspensions.
3. Micro Filter: stainless steel security filter to remove the
small particles such as small quartz sand, carbon particles, ensure
the outlet water precision and protect the following high pressure
pump and membrane.
4. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting
rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
Security filter:
The security filter is most commonly used for treat water. The
whole system adopts one set of stainless filter. There are 3 pieces
of polypropylene in every 5μ filter cartridges, filtering the vast
majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of RO
membrane.
